Alright, my main criticism is that you basically skipped the tutorial, which I can accept. However, you really didn't put any effort into trying to explain what happened in the part that you skipped. Is there a cut-scene in the tutorial that explains why the Paper people are there with the normal people? I don't know if that's the fault of the makers of the game or not, but as a person who hasn't played Paper-Jam, how am I supposed to care about the plot if the plot isn't explained to me. Yes, complaining about plot in a Mario game is sort-of useless as most of them go "intro-Bowser kidnaps Peach- fights enemies in different area- fight Bowser- end story" but it's still a good idea to at least tell the viewers what happened to justify P-Mario's existence in the story.
Other than that and maybe some volume difficulties (I'm having trouble hearing some of your friends), I think it's pretty good.
While not a criticism, I was actually wondering what kind of Let's player will you be; the kind that goes into games blind, or not?
