brodart12367 asked for a manip - I delivered.

This picture was good enough on it's own, but the previous 'blank-stare' wasn't really expressive enough, so I deleted eye-pupils and added spirals.
Overall, it's kind of hard to do more with this picture. If you think that you can do better - I encourage you to go ahead.
