I would want to have a mind control power based around my body. Now hear me out I don't me a just being super sexy, I mean like my every movement is a subtle and graceful slap to your free will. I would dance at clubs and bars and make lots of new friends ;)

I'd control through my controlled subs, (always loved serial enslavement) although I have no idea how I'd get the first sub.
I'd use it to probably enforce my own idea of justice upon the world. I realise that's rather totalitarian of me but I absolutely despise certain aspects of many countries "justice" systems.

Well, I'd prefer to have a willing subject over an unsuspecting victim. It just makes it more comfortable for both parties in my situation.

As for an induction, the typical spiral mixed with mantras, certain kinds of pleasant chemicals pumped into the air and maybe some kind of music. Not sure about that last one. I'd also give the subject light suggestions and constantly put them into a state of bliss and calm while I attempt to whittle down their resistance.

Call me a dictator, but I'd simply use en masse brainwashing. Why? Rewrite the basic human functions to something I found suitable, then release them more or less. Let them go about their daily lives completely unperturbed, save that they now don't question the will of Henry.
