But I'm not sure much good would come of a topic, anyway, to be honest. That's the only reason I haven't made one, myself.

Makes no difference who does it. The entirety of HypnoHub (having replaced Hypnobooru) came about because a user brought up wanting to find a home for loli/shota content. Sometimes it's best if the users bring up their own topics, so never be afraid to do so if you feel you have an idea.
