Assuming that your friend looks at porn, I would pic a few pics from this site that are tailored to her kinks and then allow that seed to grow. She'll explore in her own time and she'll be just like the rest of us to where she lurks, and accepts us :D

Do you know if she had a submissive tendency already? If not, are you willing to explore the FD side of things with her? I know that for me, I've had submissive, sleepy, and hypnotic fantasies since I was a little girl. It's a part of me. When I saw the "fetish" everything clicked immediately. And even with that - it took me a LONG time to practice it with a partner (RL or RP or Cyber) because of serious trust issues - which weren't all paranoid.

I think Fossilbrand has the right idea. Just go VERY slowly if you bring anything up yourself. See if see takes an interest in the pics or manips - take another small step working up to a fetish you'd both like to explore.

For introducing her to the fetish, I would pick a few pictures that show hypnotism well and fit her preferences like Fossil said. I remember having a conversation with a friend about hypnotism as a fetish. Overall it was easier for me to show her a few pictures in order to explain how it was a fetish for me.

Outside of that I have to agree with Fossil and VVrayven. Let her got at her own pace and if she's interested then she'll explore more.
