As the result of having a weekday off, I did some adulting and got on a dating app. Here's hoping it doesn't suck.

Todays been really good. I got multiple commissions [one i've uploaded and one that's not MC so won't be uploaded] and a game i've been really into has announced a release date for ps4 which i can then shill to my ps4 friends and not only that but i fried me up some handmade Lumpia.


Today is indeed a really good day.

I had a wonderful lunch out today (I never thought that avocado with mac n' cheese could be so tasty), and the weather was beautiful. Here's hoping for some rain in the coming days.

I’m really enjoying my new job. I was hesitant to become a cashier, but I’m getting the hang of it, and I’ve even surprised myself at how well I’ve adapted to it.

I have dropped my annoying poetry class. I can't officially drop it since it's well past the cutoff period, so I'm basically taking a zero for the class, but I don't care. This class was a huge mistake. I can make up this credit later, so right now I can focus on the classes I know I'll pass.

Wow, I'm surprised this topic fell so far, I feel like it used to always be on the first page, must be the covid measures being lowered, so everybody went out instead of posting here...but that's besides the point.

The thing that make me happy is that I successfully installed a Windows XP under Virtual Box 6.0, transferred my visual novels into, player Saimin Yuugi without having to go through an install process and at a good speed (thanks to downgrading Virtual Box and uninstalling HyperV to allow it to run), and now I have my essentials working: Saimin Yuugi, Saimin Enbu and Saimin Jikken (needed Win95 compatibility for some reason).
I don't know yet if the other MC titles I have will work as easily, but as I said, I already have quite an "essentials pack" :D

Today I learned that BrokenTeapot, one of the very first hypno-artists I ever discovered, whose stuff I absolutely loved back in the day (btw Teapot pls come back at some point your hypno art was amazing), and otherwise known as Michael J Larson (which is the <<www.deviantart.com/michae...right-over-here-281342360|name of his new Deviantart account>> if anyone's curious), is the man behind the relatively famous <<www.deviantart.com/michae...h-in-a-Nutshell-800176254|three-headed dragon with derpy head on the right>> meme, which makes me unreasonably happy for whatever reason.

Holy crap really? I loved his stuff when I was first getting into hypno art. Glad to hear he's made his mark on internet history.
