Onto the new post...

2018 and I haven't been getting along - emotionally/mentally/etc health stuff goes here. So when something GOOD BIG happens, it's even MORE of a big deal to/for me? (Not to knock other stuff EVER. Argh, I hope I don't come off unappreciative now...) but...:

I just recently discovered an individual via Tumblr that I've been meaning to follow and reblog etc on my account. Except, I rarely post there and have been uncertain if I should stick to just MY art or if reblogs are okay - etc. As certain artists do that differently. Right? Right.

Moving along.

I see a certain artwork and I go to bookmark it with the rest of my "omg this is awesome, I need to reblog, or SOMETHING, but not right now because REASONS") ... and then I look more properly at the image.

I notice a certain something about the image that makes me think of something I did.

I'm super stoked and also gasping that someone else thought the same thing I did! And potentially a year after I did it?

So, I take a deep breath. I fight my shyness and anxiety, and I reblog it with a comment and compliment, as well as referencing my art and just commenting on the similar "thing".

...Low and behold? I find out that they did it BECAUSE of my artwork.

I AM SO FLATTERED.

I mean, it's the smallest thing to so many, I'm sure. Because it really is just a SMALL DETAIL of something. As in - it's the "cum/fluid" I made Danganronpa's V3 Kiibo "leak" (hypnohub.net/post/show/43840 - which I just now realized, over a year later, I never tagged myself as the artist >_< ). And they did the same.

SORRY. It kind of made me gush as an artist, and a fan ;; I'm stupid, I know, and I'm sharing more here than I probably should. BACK TO LURKING.

I know how cool it is to inspire someone. It was a long time ago but i actualy had a fan ask to do a follow up to a story. It was strange but awesome.

Hope you can inspire more artist. cause you are very good.

So I bought Monster Hunter: World yesterday...

This is devouring my life and I could not be happier about it. At this point I'm thinking of just "getting sick" so I don't have to go to my classes or work... and keep playing this game.

i'm still getting used to all of mine.

I'm personally using the bow. Most of the melee weapons feel too clunky for me. I tried out the dual blades and liked the flow and speed, but I wasn't big on the moveset.

UPDATE: Now using the Greathammer. MY. GOD. I'm in love.

To get myself out of a small rut I've reorganised my games in steam per theme (cleaning calms me? who knew, must be turning into an adult after all!) and started up Stardew Valley again. I love that game to bits. I have a 'just do whatever, be nice' save and a 'cash cow for achievements' save, but every time I'm sucked into the whole story of it all again.

The guy that dreams of the city, the girl that wants a big loving family, down to the stray cat that was found on my property and basically only walks through my crops and meows way too loudly <3

The soundtrack is amazing. Always leaves me warm and fuzzy, and with a sudden desire to start a little garden :p
