I agree, it looks like dash, but if you look at the source, while usually rule34 palheal is not a particularly legitimate source, here it seems to have been posted by the artist [and I can not find another source for the artist], and they even respond to questions. In this case, there was a question and response

unfortunately, while not mentioning WHO it is, the one person we know it is not is Dash. It's probably not jack-jack or Violet [I had a brief hope of a hypnotized force field strap on, but the artist drew her with some breasts and longer gloves], which only leaves a weirdly skinny bob, or someone unknown in an incredibles costume [and bob seems more likely]

Fair enough! I tagged that + Shota because it really looks like shota to me and it would bypass some people's blacklist.

I definitely think your conclusion made more sense then not without the additional information, although in that case you should have also added mother_and_son and incest tags
