I've read this twice already and I guess the other lady just...has hypnotic powers? She used them when she opened the door, maybe? It's really not that clear in the comic X___X but it's otherwise so fun!

Yeah it's just a dumb comedy + ecchi manga without much plot so I think the author just rush through the process. The title means "kick in the dick" anyway, which spiral around how this chick has some very powerful legs and that's her signature move.
