This is the girl's dormitory of a certain company, namely"Kisaragi Dorm".
The woman in plain clothes standing mindlessly before the entrance is Watanabe Mami, this dorm's year current manager.Tonight is Friday's night, could she be on a date with her boyfriend later?
Apart from that, here's a bit detail about the dorm. Kisaragi Dormitory has 15-tatami mats rooms, air conditioned, complete Internet covered environment, double sided beds (although men are forbidden?), and a large public path available 24/7. It is quite a popular dorm among the female employees.
The most appealing point, however, is the present of a dorm counselor who also live there. Female employees often have problem regarding to relationship and harassment. Seems like the existence of a person who can relieve such trouble is quite pleading.
Dorm manager Mami too seems to have a soft touch for him. Never has her face be seen at work with such expression.
By the way, the work of the counselor is not limited to listening to the troubles of female employees living in the dormitory. Let me show you a bit of his work.
Counselor:
"Is Mami-san going out this weekend?"

So I have finally worked myself up and try to upload this piece of work in here, it was a year late since the last time I tried.
This, my dudes and ladies, is one of the best work I have seen coming from kamen writer, the author I have mentioned for gods know how many times.
The translation will be done later on and hopefully shortly, I have tried to perfect it for the past year with my super awful Japanese skill *facepalm*. In truth I was about to upload the hard translated version but I believe it would be too gross to consume and at the same time prevent people from fixing. Please do help me with the translation along the way, I promise I will also try my best myself.
About Custom Maid 3D 2, I do believe it is accepted as I have just recheck posting rule and apparently Custom Maid 3D 1 is acceptable (phew, luckily).
Also, these works are posted exclusively in kamen writer's twitter, there's no other sources to get them, so do give him/her a visit and download (and no, I don't have any credit on this ads what so ever, just a fan wanted to share his interest, plz don't kill me :D)
There's still more to come, I have more or less 50 works from several artists, some are short but other are massive (1000+ pics), all are free to collect but plz don't use for manip without asking authors for permission.

On a related note, I've been meaning to ask this for a while but is there any way to download/save pics from this site with the translations intact? Feel like I'm missing something really obvious here. (So apologies if it's a dumb question.)

Ditto. Thank you for all your hard work on it. Especially providing translations!

yeah thanks for the support guys, as for the translations, i'm not sure myself, guess we have to ask the mods for that. I believe we have Danbooru's API too so with a bit of scripting would probably be able to extract the data, but I'd say it would at best be text or .xml file,

A 6-mat room or “roku-jo no heya” in Japanese, is the standard sized room; 4.5 mats would be considered small or slightly cramped, where as an 8-mat or 10-mat room is generally considered quite the large room. In contrast, an 8-10 mat room would probably be the standard size of a bedroom in a western-style home. The tatami mat and its “counter” – jo, are not used only for bedrooms however, but for each individual room including the living / dining / kitchen (known as LDK). A 20-jo LDK is considered very spacious for a Japanese apartment, where as the standard would be between 10-15-jo.
