I was hoping I might suggest a few edits for dialogue flow here:

Starting from the fourth dialogue bubble:

H: "This is simply one of my techniques to help patients relax."

P: "Really? My heart is pounding right now, though..."

>>BA-BUMP<< (onomonopoeia is difficult to translate, but this is how I'd imagine English sound for "intense heartbeats")

P: "... Could it be that the doctor attracted to me?"

H: "Oh, I haven't asked for your name yet, miss..."

P: "Ah, I'm Kawai Tsuchiya-Mei."

H: "Two surnames?"

P: "Yes, my father is Japanese-Brazilian. Their custom is for children to have the surnames of both parents."

"That is to say, if you and I got together, our child would have both of our surnames?"
