This is from a show called 'Packages from Planet X', episode 'Christmas Evil'. In an Pinky and the Brain-esque plot, the bad guy is using toys to take over people's minds and turn them into his mindless slaves. I tried to cut out all the kids and males from the scenes, which is why it's so thin :P
