After the Western Yokai arc we went back to the episodic format, but more dark than the ones they used to do (some with quite creepy endings), but this episode, THIS EPISODE, shit is hitting the fan and is awesome. This is the beginning of a very important arc, I have A LOT OF HYPE.

Good thing is that a new season has been announced for April.

And just caught up with this episode, only have to see the most recently one, but yeah, THATS A LOT OF STUFF HAPPENING WOOF.

Also confirmation of some half-decent human-yokai style corruption magic or whatnot in this episode as well. Backbeard's brigadoon did admittedly follow these lines, but humans all turned into just vague black blobbly slaves, meanwhile the little bit of what we see in this episode has Mana's mom all dark and wild looking with claws and a big scream move plus running on all fours, would be nice to see more along the lines of that, and even some of the Brigadoon stuff. I'm willing to bet even as-is in show there's probably room to perv it up.
