I looked at the original version, and it clearly says wag your butt, not blow raspberries :/

True, and to be fair she does "wag" her butt once (after the black panels) - but that action is only hinted at in the SFX ("Furifuri"). There aren't any comic lines or other visible indication of butt wagging, just SFX.
However, there is strange noise in a couple of the following panels, ("Toron"). Given the image that is displayed (prominently featuring her face with the tongue stuck out), I decided to artistically interpret that as being a raspberry.
The textbox detailing the sequence of commands didn't have a large amount of room, and the panel where she repeats the commands even less so (what with the "Yes, Rika will...") So I decided to discard the butt wagging as it isn't really featured in the following panels.
