That's the problem with the program in question that's used to make these. It "stretches" parts of the image in various ways, resulting in something animated. However, in stretching the image, parts of the image not meant to be animated end up stretching as well, resulting in very blob-like movement.

Damnit. I seem to have deleted it at some point. I'll look for it again in an attempt to try remembering what it was called, but no promises. I know it seems silly, but I swear that it was named something frivolous and off topic, such as "Cake". That makes it hard to search for, too. <.<
