As a note to the uploader:

The "hypnosis" tag is considered redundant here. I'm not 100% sure what the tag is for this specific method of hypnosis, though.

laststand0810 mentioned working on something like that, but I haven't heard anything about him having finished anything as of it yet. However, they did post a series of comments that explain how you can get a really buggy but semi-legible English version of it using plug-ins and such; if you are willing to put up with that, the comments are here:
