A hypnotized or otherwise mind controlled character is either:
1. Forcing (or is about to force) sex onto another against their will.
2. The "Dom" in a situation where both are hypnotized.
3. Forcibly spreading a mind altering influence during (or through) sex.
Often overlaps with hypnotized_dom, may overlap with hypnotized_hypnotist.
