Log 22-2: #22H awakened. Increased heart rate and body temperature in #22H detected, presumably a result of stress. Test #22H is making attempts to communicate with the research personnel. Most communication attempts are to be marked as ignored, with the exception of an attempt to bribe the research personnel with two million (2M) credits. The promised sum is deemed useful for research by 92% of staff, currently awaiting head researcher Hope's confirmation.
Log 22-3: Bribe money rejected, proceeding with the experiment. Start-up sequence engaged.
Log 22-4: Extraction tubes attached on #22H's head without issue. Energizing crystal sample #22C. The signal strength emitting from #22C is 57% stronger than peak signal strength from previous crystal-based prototype with sample #15C. Brain extraction engaged. Large spike in #22H's heart rate detected, but it quickly normalized as #22C was brought closer.
Log 22-5: Brain extraction successful. Test subject #22H has successfully been converted into the "zombie state" and is referred to as "#22Z" until brain reinsertion operation. The brain #22B has been stored into nutrient solution. #22Z's skin has started changing colour. Both the heart rate and body temperature has lowered below the point normal human could survive.
Log 22-6: #22Z is indeed responsive to outside stimulation but displays no signs of aggression towards research personnel. In fact, #22Z appears to be showing signs of affection towards some members of the staff. #22Z appears to not understand speech but does respond to certain gestures.
Log 22-7: #22Z has been released from hold and is now being observed as it freely roams in the test area. #22P has been moved to sector C storage area.
Log 22-8: sorry but i'm going to drop the super formal wording for a second. turns out we forgot to move the jar containing #22B from the test area and #22Z had started eating the freaking thing when she wasn't being watched over for a moment... she just ate her own brain. there's no way #22Z can be restored to working order, way too much damage! this girl's permanently stuck as a zombie now... though, she is kinda cute this way...
