Inducing trance you can do with any number of scripts you can find online. And once your partner is under, what you can do with them is a combination of factors: how much they trust you, how experienced and/or talented they are at being hypnotized, and what they're comfortable with.

When I'm giving a girl a new body--either because she's trans, because she wants cat ears or something like that, or just because she wants to be somebody else for awhile--I usually have to gradually work up to that point using escalating convincers, but some girls are talented enough that they can hallucinate vividly right off the bat.
