I don't like this at all. Not because it isn't well done, it is, but it's horrifying. The poor girl isn't even enjoying it - she wants romance in her life and she wipes anyone she likes if she speaks so much as a meep. She's lonely enough that 69 on the first date sounds like a good idea.
The only reason I can see for her to react this calmly might be that the gravity of being alone with no meaningful company hasn't sunk in for her yet.
If she doesn't learn to control it soon, the best she can hope for is learning to enjoy the power high and become a supervillain because a normal life has been denied to her, or damaging her own vocal chords to preserve the last shreds of her sanity.

there's no need to worry. she will eventually get into politics, and in her search to find the one person who is immune to her voice, she will be able to sort out all problems in the world through accidentally enslaving all of humanity. she will in fact find someone who can listen to her without losing his mind

Okay so, logically, she's only recently gained this power, as she is learning new things that would definitely have come up before now. So, it's not an innate element of her voice which causes the effect.
The fact that a whisper had partial impact and not full impact also means that there is a modulation of power involved and it is not something which is simply triggered upon being exposed to her voice.
From these factors, we can deduce that she would be able to learn to control her power given time.
