3The subject is resisting the hypnosis/mind control, however, they're not putting a real or serious effort into it and they don't seem frightened or distressed, as it is noticeable that in reality they are okay with or even want to be hypnotized. Scenarios such as someone adverting their eyes from something hypnotic but chuckling and not running away, a consensual sub/dom dynamic where the former is playing hard to get and the latter is being a tease, someone not wanting to admit they want to be hypnotized, etc. Do not confuse with simply *[[resisting]], where the subject does genuinely want to avoid being hypnotized, even if their efforts can be considered "weak".
