I made a pool for this, but for future reference:
First, you need to enable Advanced Editing: go to the "My Account" tab at the top left of the site, then go to Settings. Check the box next to "Advanced Editing".
To make a new pool: There's a tab at the top of the site that says "Pools", between Wiki and Tags The drop-down arrow next to it includes "Create New Pool." From there, you name the pool and add a description if you want.
To add posts to a pool: On a post's page, there's a sidebar on the left. Under "options", there's "Add to pool", where you can find a list of all public pools.
