Wow, you guys weren't kidding about all the MC in Sailor Moon. Even just the first 4 episodes...

Anyway, some more new MC, this time in the new episode of Soul Eater Not!: i.imgur.com/sKzDnN5.jpg

Just a note that I finished watching the Persona 3 movie. Fuuka's friend is possessed briefly by shadows to come to Tartarus. It's not as involved as the scene was in the video game but it's still nice, especially as her eye flashes red when the mind control wears off.

This trailer ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=ecl3_iPwu7o )for the second movie shows that the Lovers scene where MC and Yukari are possessed by the Lover shadow to make love (they never do, but they come close) will be in the movie.

Just saw Yes! Pretty Cure 5 episode 23 (it's my centerpiece franchise for the year, i watched the original just to get a grasp of the series, and now Yes! because it's celebrated among fans, then likely one more later on in the year), and it involves four of the girls falling into fantasy worlds that turn them away from heroism (internal fantasies: Karen was questioned by the student council of which she is a member, Rin was confronted by herself as a toddler, Komachi by cute little characters she had drawn when she was little, and Urara by a version of herself who had chosen to be a full-time actress instead of a Cure). All decently hot, some good music and empty-eye imagery, tones of selfcest for Urara's fantasy, and they all end up as masked servants of the bad guys.

Rapture.

I looooove Urara's scene. I wish someone would make a doujin of that with some heavy MC self-cest. Especially if the end result is this (Major spoilers for the movie): i.imgur.com/dYTy7vx.jpg

I just finished Fresh Precure the other day, and I was pretty surprised that it has a surprising focus on MC. The following will contain MAJOR SPOILERS for Fresh Precure!

The main villain is named Moebius, and he is searching for something called Infinity which is the "unlimited memory", that will allow him to bypass any restrictions that will keep him from his goal - total control of all parallel worlds.

All of his servants are brainwashed. They blindly serve him and do everything he says. And it's tech control too. Since his world is basically a giant computer. Late in the series, we actually see it happen as he begins to take over all of the parallel worlds and opens portals to them, sending long cables which (I assume, since we never see it actually happen) stab into people and things and bend them to his will.

The end result is something like this: i.imgur.com/DuQozlv.jpg

A closer look at one of his slaves: i.imgur.com/PWc5Ey1.jpg

Sadly, the heroines never get brainwashed by him. Except for the one that actually starts out as his brainwashed slave, but gets turned to the side of good halfway through the series.

About the closest thing we actually get to the heroines becoming controlled or otherwise MC'd is a bit of a tease when Moebius transforms into each of the heroines during the finale to taunt them, which ends up with girls who normally look like this: i.imgur.com/h9Qoa6y.jpg

Looking like this: i.imgur.com/Ab7len9.jpg

But it's not really them so it doesn't count.

But yeah, lots of MC in Fresh Precure.

Cool! Now I've got some more spoilers to post!

The new episode of No Game No Life is full of MC! It's an entire MC episode!

The main characters are entered into a virtual reality game where they have to shoot each other with blasters that cause them to fall in love with whoever shot them, making them switch sides, and whoever has no player on their side in the end is the loser.

Ah, right. Forgot to mention. You could always click "Edit" on your post to find out, though, if no one had already told you. Just useful information to know.

On topic: Chaika, The Coffin Princess.

The secondary female lead (not Chaika - the protagonist's "sister") gets MCed in episode 10, and is still MCed in episode 11. It's just emotionless puppet MC to make her fight for the enemy.

Nothing erotic at all about it, though. They try their damndest to NOT make it erotic.

I was actually going to mention both of those on here when I watched both of those episode >_>

I don't recall if these are mentioned here or not, so I'll put them here, anyway.

Mekakucity Actors, you find out that the teacher (the only teacher you really get to meet as a character) is actually possessed by one of the "snakes", which takes full control of his body whenever he sleeps.

In Blade and Soul, it is heavily implied that Varel Jin has been having her true personality repressed the entire anime thus far by unknown means that are somehow related to the Impurity and that Ran Yu (the women she's often with) is involved somehow. While not explicitly mind control, it seems she was being manipulated in some fashion.

In Nobunaga the Fool, King Arthur has the ability to make others see what they most want to see in him. Meaning, no matter who looks upon him, they will always see their ideal leader. Alexander, the Great saw a perfect, god-like man, where as Julius Caesar saw an innocent woman with pure intention. He uses this power many times throughout the series to sway others onto his side.

In a recent episode of Naruto Shippuden, it's revealed that the Uchiha clan all share a very unique trait. When one very, very close to them dies, such as a dearly beloved, a part of their brain (that only they have) fills with a special chakra, essentially causing them to be filled with an extreme hatred and rage. It is implied that this changes their nature to one of hatred and aggression, and that it's impossible to control after that point. While not exactly mind control, it's a unique, almost magical transformation of the mind that only they can experience which changes their personalities on a fundamental level, so it's close enough.

In Captain Earth, each of the designer children are actually vessels for the souls of an immortal alien race known as the planetary gears (unless I'm confusing names), who have had their identities sealed by, apparently, having their "cores" put to sleep (the core is where Planetary Gears hold their memories - it is, almost literally, their core). One designer child reawoken as a Planetary Gear, Moco, holds the power to reawaken their cores by kissing their vessels (their current bodies). Doing so causes all their memories to flood back, causing extreme and sudden shifts in their current personalities in a way that feels like "corruption".

That wraps up what I can think of off the top of my head for this past season of anime.

Nanana's buried treasure, last episode in the epilogue there is some MC with a loli character, very vague and cliff hanger-y.

Can't believe I forgot to mention this earlier, although it was a little obvious given the source material and original adaptation: the first episode of Sailor Moon Crystal features the women affected by the monster of the week's plot turn into red-eyed minions, and leave their homes in order to attack to the titular heroine.

Kind of standard zombification stuff, over in 5 minutes or less...
