The floorbuffer effect on skin is a very common mistake in anime themed art. Also remember unless she's been heavily oiled (both in body and hair) she's not going to have half of that reflectivity also it implies inconsistent lighting effects. The face glow is in different directions along with her breasts. Even if there were lights all around her the effects would not be like that at all even with extremely high reflectivity.
