Yeah, this episode gave me the tingliest of feelings when I first watched it, although if I remember right she sadly didn't have mind control/brainwashing powers, sadly.

Not completely he uses a magical clay that turns whomever it's modeled after into a completely mindless robotic puppet. And he' been kidnapping normal people too. The heroines are for clients with costume fetisfetishes.
I remember reading two comics of this arc way back when it was new. My memory's a bit vague, but I really don't think y'all are missing much. In terms of MC content or really in terms of being an entertaining run.
