I'm with ya NotAnAdmin, i personally would love if someone did this to me, where i would shit or piss myself when anybody says the trigger word or i see a camera flash

It could easily just be that the foreskin is retracted. There's a fair bit of wrinkling around the base of the head, which is indicitive of that.
