Emily, resident goblin battlemage of the DHMC and head of the magic department.

It's her job to help untangle unwanted magical effects that have afflicted the residents of Masilaw. She also uses her position to fuel her hobby of collecting spells that have a certain... uh... charm to them. She does deny this but her coworkers don't really buy anything she says.

She actually often isn't at the DHMC and instead goes out into the field occasionally helping out Team Spiral to deal with any hypnotic threats that require a *magic* touch.

This does mean a lot of work falls on her assistant who specializes in cursed artifacts, an assistant with a playful rivalry with Emily, and whose name I have not come up with yet, nor figured out what she looks like.

(I just know she's supposed to be a tall goth witch mommy with a crow and raven named Raven and Crow respectively.)
