Might not be best for me but she's up there having ghost powers, glasses, gothic, and librarian/writer is one of my favorite looks!
It's a shame though she's not expanded upon much though not in the anime, little time if any in the manga, heck can only visit here in game in her room but nonetheless a lovely character : )

Surprises me zero percent. I went for a generic name that would instantly, with the context provided by the manip, tell you what his powers were. Strikes me as easy 'villain of the week' material.
