Woo! Gotta love the incredibly rare but delightful Devil Survivor mc art.
And yeah, more or less short version, Devi Survivor is a kind of Shin Megami spin off, falling somewhere between SMT and Persona, in a tactics style game.
While both games are good, the first devil survivor leans more towards SMT, while the second is more like Persona, with some Evangelion mixed in.
That said, I can't really pick out a theme for these outfits, though they look good. I did really want a corruption ending in DS1.

On a serious note, unless the character naturally has pupilless eyes, if the image is a manip, on this site, done by one of our resident manippers, it's safe to assume an empty eye effect means hypnosis. It may not be ENOUGH, but that is what it means.
Worth noting is that in some series do the REVERSE. Specifically I'm thinking about Soul Eater. The character Maka naturally has pupilless eyes, however when she's in a trance like state her eyes lose their highlights and GAIN pupils.

Pita herself is a cheerful girl with very poor memory, keeps a paper note with checklist of things to do on her arm and has a red caste mark meaning good physical fit. pretty much only thing she remembers on her own is how her mother was murdered just before peace was restored. she has a hammer weapon that can absorb combat memories of the people it kills, allowing the weapon to transform into whatever form the victim's trademark weapon was.
so therefore, she is not actually a character intended for perverted/hypnotic stuff, i just love drawing her that way .3.
