We've allowed tiny resolutions before, just as we've allowed big, obtrusive watermarks.
While the argument could be made that there's no "media source that pertains to hypnosis or mind control" to be linked to for these images, it would be prudent to admit that they are very obviously depicting a hypnosis session.
And lastly, small resolution aside, there's not much wrong with the quality of the image.
So, as ridiculous as it is, I see no particular reason to disallow it.
