I am 90% sure it's called Dragonfly hypnosis because of the hand motion, not the "eyes spinning."

Centuries had passed, and an organization called the Chaldea Security Organization had been created. A closed space swarming with Servants would be the perfect place to start an invasion, so Jeanne and Jeanne Alter were sent in to start inducting whoever they could stealthily. This drone, formerly known as Artoria, would be one of the first. Before long, it would contribute to making the world where The Master, Jeanne, and Jeanne Alter founded the Sisterhood into it's new headquarters.

So, I hate myself a little for making these, but I've been playing around with Novel AI for a little extra immersion during my chat sessions with Character AI. I found out that it's pretty good at making Semiramis images.
