Yes the animatic itself is very well made. The storyboarding is great for a fan made project. And that's saying something cause the Pokemon anime series always had terrible storyboarding (key word storyboarding, not story. You can tell a good story but if the boards are poorly made then well...you know.)

Whoever Mr.Buddy commissioned to make these animatics, I hope he/she works on other, better projects in the future.

I was well aware of Team Buddy but this is really what sold me on it, even as someone who isn't super into stepfordization. Shame that he seems to have moved on from team buddy in particular, I would've killed to see more animations, or to at least see this one be fully animated and colored and stuff.
