It's just kinda the fact the elite three got defeated so quickly. We had like an entire part dedicated to them coming up with a plan, and then like 5 pages into the next part they already lost. Just feels kinda anticlimactic

Damn. I gotta say this might be one of the cruelest things Ash has done so far. At least with Cynthia and the other slaves they're in a trance, but these three are fully aware of everything happening around them and are powerless to stop it
