Vampire lore about the "cannot be seen in a mirror" was made back in the day when mirrors were made by applying a thin layer of silver on glass. Nowadays it's aluminium, so, technically, vampires should reflect in those.

Gotta be careful when you have hypnotic eyes, you never know when a clever dom could have a mirror. (PS. I know Vampires aren't supposed to have reflections but shut up ok) 1/?

According to what I understand to be Vampire lore, the reason they can't be seen in the mirror is because a mirror reflects your soul and since they are undead and have no soul, they have no reflection. So they wouldn't be able to see their own reflection

one day one of the guards started picking on Lyle for being a femboy and after Lucy heard about it that guard disappeared for a little while and one day a new maid showed up in the castle it was clear the maid used to be that guard not that she remembers anyway(Lucy was pretty thorough in erasing the guards original personality and memories) and from then on no guards ever made fun of Lyle again
