That's basically it. KonoSuba in general is filled with characters with heavy flaws, but the way those flaws are presented is why it's so good. As far as why they work well with specifically hypnosis, I feel like it takes a whole new state of mind to have a sub be able to walk easily/naturally in a pair of some pretty high heels. Which makes it all the more amazing when that's actually brought up (but usually it's more subtle I figure).
