I know a couple AB/DL fetishists who like their diapers thick as possible because it causes the sensation of one's legs not being able to move to their full extent, much like what happens to babies when diapered. It also makes it impossible to ignore their presence which is a bit of exhibitionist fetish. Not really my thing, but I can understand it at least.
