Hee-Hee! Thanks glad you like the idea. The first girl involved will be Hikaru Shidou. I even designed the rings myself inspired by the evolution stones from Pokemon. ^^
As for his sisters, yes they'll be doing their own thing. The younger sister Kimberly will be hypnotizing and turning girls into living dolls/action figures in a store called The Toy Chest. Angela is the older sister, but I haven't decided what store she'll run yet.
Also, both sisters will appear in the Jadenkaiba comic in chapter 2. I just hope to get there someday...XD I do have other OC's in mind as well.

Taking out your frustrations over how you're mistreated by certain users on other, unrelated users is not a good course of action, and I have to ask you to not do that. It'll only cause unnecessary problems and drama around the site if people go around blaming each other for their bad experiences with other users.

It's true that the iris of the Latias costume eye is a bit too opaque to make the spiral eyes on the human in the suit super obvious, but the spiral eyes are there, nonetheless. It may be that some users with different color or brightness settings on their screens might have a hard time seeing the spiral eyes, though, which could be the current source of confusion.
I personally believe the hypno is pretty self-evident once you see it, but I could also see technical limitations preventing some users from seeing it in the first place.
