Yea I was kinda confused to why that version was released as it was pretty fast to get between that one and this one. I had thought you might have gotten the three phases from the PIXIV version and went with that one for some reason.

It's ok if an image isn't perfect. If you read the rules, anything worse than <<hypnohub.net/post?tags=brokenteapot+ | Brokenteapot>> is about the level where you'd want to start calling quality into question, and I think most people would agree this image is a much better quality than that, art wise.
The other use of the quality flag is for when an image is technically poor i.e. a shittily compressed jpg or poorly scanned paper image. Note: aliased (pixel-y) lines are NOT a reason for flagging; that can be a stylistic choice.

American Dad is a work of 10/10 brilliance, probably because MacFarlane barely touched it. Family Guy has its moments but has turned to shit.
