I re-uploaded this to DA to celebrate its being a (bit more than a) year since I uploaded it, as this was my first thing.
In DA it was deleted due to underage nudity, so I uploaded it again without nudity and I thought I'd go ahead and upload it here aswell.

IT might be possible to set it up so new uploads always get the "tagme" tag, and then blacklist that. Or if you mean blacklisting uploads by specific people, I think e621 has that option, but I don't know if it works the same way here.
