Honestly, I think version 2 is better in multiple regards; the face angle, size, alignment of facial features, and proportions are all better. While the nose here is technically closer to what a nose looks like, it's so big it overwhelms the rest of the face. Generally, the reason noses tend to be smaller and often simplified in drawings is because it doesn't contribute to expressiveness much, and being large and detailed distracts from the parts of the face that do convey expression better.

We really do need more Rukia art on here

It's easy to imagine that the old fart "kills" the intended host through the duplication process, rather than directly, and that duplication is more akin to a mind wiping process involving that strange alien capsule. That doesn't necessarily stray from the narrative very much, either. :P

I wouldn't say body possession isn't hypno, but considering its seemingly a clone of a dead body wouldn't count this as mc. But doesn't bother me if it stays either.

To be fair, he is indeed right about how it's not hypnosis at all; yet, we do still consider it as a form of either "body control" or the more general "possession" if anything, given how it's a goofy explanation toward young people suddently becoming "young farts" at such an age.

There are certain cases where I would be willing to discuss/argue what is and isn't MC, but even as to relate this post to Invasion of the Body Snatchers, I could still see it being enough reason to have it being here. Otherwise yeah, if you really don't like these pseudo-MC posts that fall under body control or possession, just blacklist it man.

And uh, there's two reasons for that. The main reason I removed the blush was accidental, sorta. I was just playing around with the face and eyes, and I thought about removing the blush just to see what it looked like. I got so into it I kind of forgot the blush existed however, so I went onto edit the eyes to my liking. I only realized later that I couldn't uh...get the blush back without undoing my work. So I didn't bother with it. ^^;;

Although I did consider it after I finished as I wasn't feeling satisfied with the work. The reason I didn't is because I put the two pictures (original and this version) in different tabs, and watched her "go blank" a few times. I really liked watching her expression go from happy blushing and teasing to completely expressionless and without thought. (Try it it's ungodly cute.) She shouldn't feel embarrased, she should feel completely and utterly gone~
I'll probably do a version with the blush sometime though. I technically already have a couple but it had less then stellar eye changes, so I need to change it.

And yes, it's hard. Finding a way to slip Haruna's characterization into the bunny suit was actual a challange for me. @_@ it's why I gave up. I can think of fantasies but I am super easy to please so I'm not a good baseline for a story. LOL

Sandygast has canon mind control qualities, as far as I'm aware, so there's a much stronger case for this one staying than 'hex maniac in an alternate outfit'

Oh shit I just realized DATE was the one who made Deep Stalker...Read it once, Man that was fucked up even for me.

I actually love DATE's vanilla stuff, like their Amagi Brilliant Park dojin, which while suit play, was just suit play. not the girls being killed and turned into skinsuits.

I've got kind of a love-hate thing with DATE: they put out a lot of MC and the art's nice, but usually it has death, transformations between genders and a bunch of other stuff I don't really like. Basically anything by DATE without those aspects is great imo.

I'm quite fond of this artist's stuff.
