They're all great for sure, although how are you getting it to generate? Bing doesn't seem to like those prompts in my experience so far.
Honestly I just have to brute force it sometimes. I might have to run the same prompt 10 times before it spits out one or two images without an "unsafe content" warning. Though it will automatically flag and block the prompt if you use words like "sexy" or "slutty', but if you use words like "cute", "pretty" or "beautiful" then it'll work.
You can also get around some things by telling it specifically what you want instead of leaving it up to interpretation. For example, you can tell it to produce damaged clothing using words like "torn", "ripped" or "disheveled", so you can say something like "wearing torn black shorts", but if you say "wearing sexy shorts" it'll block you.
Also here's something REALLY funny. It doesn't consider hypnosis obscene! Hypnosis itself never, ever seems to get caught by the filter - only if you combine it with specific other things will you get the warning. Using terms like "Hypnotized, pink spiral eyes, blank expression", you will typically get the results you want with no issues.
Hope that helps!
