Artists that prefer being the ones to Upload their work from Other sites?
If this is something that's been answered elsewhere, please lemme know (and I swear I've looked around for a thread on it before) but:

Is there a separate list of artists who would prefer to be the ones to add their own works on-site vs having others posting them or is that even something people worry about?

Which I guess leads to another question: if we are new and come to find our stuff posted under a different username than what we have for this site, is there a way to link them? (Entirely hypothetical, I've only just started dipping into hypno-art as a subject recently and have maybe 1 post elsewhere)

I have wanted to try looking these up on the wiki but I keep getting the 404 error on any links I click.

Nope at all, but I think would have something like that. Although that never was a problem here for now.

Do you mean someone publish your things with your, for example, twitter name in the artist tag, but you want a different artist tag?

I think you can request to re-tag these pics or, in case these are just a small amount of pics you can make it yourself. Just need to create a new artist tag using this code on the tags Artist:artistname, for example artist:Trinketwitch and remove the old from these pics.

If you want these pics into your account, maybe you can request deletion and re-upload them yourself (you will need to add a dot or something small in order to re-upload them). There's no the most glamorous solution, but it's something.

Oh Wow-This actually answers everything!

1) That's understandable, considering I actually had no idea about the place here til recently lol

2) Yeah-my typical username is longer in most other SocMed sites, so if the option is there to ask for a retag/addition of tag to save on confusion that really helps!

3) No Doubt I probably don't have anything from my other sites on here, so I may be preemptively have asked for a solution to a problem that hasn't even cropped up yet lol.

thanks so much again for the response to this!
