Clavi the Dragon, born naturally with hypnotic eyes and indomitable will, seeks redemption for her villainous past. Now, she fancies herself an a agent of justice, by using her powers to do good.
Clavi has very little patience for other mind-controllers, so she mercilessly enslaves them to join her in being reformed. Meanwhile she uses her powers to counter-brainwash their victims and does what she can to restore their free will.
Her study of all her defeated foes' techniques, and her confiscating of hypnotic accessories from pocketwatches to magic gemstones, have slowly turned Clavi into a learned professional in mind control of all kinds. She is benevolent to the innocent, which is lucky, because she is also virtually unstoppable whenever she does decide someone is in need of some rehabilitation.
