Depends on your definition of "fun", as a piece of shit sociopath that I am who gets off from abuse, this is pressing all the right buttons... But I don't think the artist meant this to be titillating in the slightest.

You hit the mark with that comment: the main reason why I feel this wasn't meant to be view as sexy (despite having never heard about or seen this artist before) is that it just doesn't follow the beats of a normal fetish comic, playing the hypnosis as a horrifying tool used to torture Angel Dust and ruin his life rather than softening or embellishing the situation in any way. That's the reason why it doesn't show the result: it's mean to invoke dread in the viewer over not knowing what they turned Angel Dust into, it's a trick used by horror tales.
That's not even getting on how only the last page actually introduced the threat of hypno, as, again, the lack of information is used to maintain suspense
Kinda feel the whole "it's scarier if you don't know what happens" thing is overblown. An aftermath could both be horrifying to the regular viewer (and presumably the artist, though who knows what fetishes they might be keeping a secret) and sexy to me, personally.
I am fairly torn on this one. It hits on the inherent fucked-un-ness of this fetish to take away someones free will, turning them into something they're not. Why I am torn is because this comic goes from the perspective of the victim rather than the perpetrator and shows less desperation and willpower in the struggle and more horror and fear. <<<this comic would be "OK" if it didn't show how fucking terrified angel was. We're fucked up...never forget that.

Why and how is there no tags???
Hah my bad, this is my first post to the site. Saw the comic on twitter and felt someone else out there would get a kick out of it.
It's a bit dark, but it kinda gets me going. At least it isn't canon :p
