Oh there was definitely a mime episode and I'm fairly certain Sam was converted though I'm thinking more she couldn't talk than being totally hypnoed think in season 3 or 4.

Yes Boths scenarios did happen. In the first one she was simply turned into a mime and couldn't talk, then in a later episode she was turned again but it also Hypnoed her to side with the bad guy of the episode. Sadly the second one was a little lack, basically all she did when Hypnoed was stand at attention next to him smiling evilly. But still a fun idea

You know, Sam's brain has been bent so many times that by all rights she should have been retired from active duty and given her own little cup to drool into.
Let's be honest, Sam was Hypnohub OC before Hypnohub OC's were a thing.

The second time she was undercover as a mime romancing the guy to get information on his plan, and then when her cover was blown she was turned into a smiling mime minion. Episode could have easily gone into 'Bad Ending' territory if she reciprocated the villain's feelings. Sam zaps her friends with the mime ray and ends up the mime queen of the world.
