I've never had much issue with that in my hentai, if only because the cuckolded male was always so generic and barely had any real presence to him, especially when they were OC hentai rather than based on existing series. Sanbun Kyoden on the other hand, well that bastard cuts right to the heart of the cheating and makes it actually hard to ignore. Crafty bastard.
