This is a screen grab of the "garage banned" episode. Lisa created a device that can control mice making them enter a trap. The machine works by emitting untra sonic sound waves. It only works on thoes with simple minds. Unfortunately, Leni found her mind turned to putty and controlled by Lisa's device. Luckily, Lisa noticed Leni obeying the mose trap suggestion and snapped her out of her trance.

Leni really is the most hypnotizeable Loud. This is the third or second time now in the show that she's done something like that.

A driving episode and one time when the oldest Loud sister was brainwashing her in her sleep. She's probably had more instances of it over the years, the scenes I'm mentioning are just from season one.
