We should probably let the artist try to make their money first. If no one commissions and the artist stops offering, then I'd say go at it, but until then I'd recommend we all hold back. ;)

Indeed. And remember guys - supporting the artists here is more than just something for you, as keeping them well-fed means the whole community will benefit (directly or indirectly, in the form of more hobby art for the hub). It's not because someone else can do it that you shouldn't (if you can). Better than some random charity, in my book!
