A plothole:

That NPC was the Caster. Since Viltai was Charmed, she should still keep her personality but be madly in love with him/her. But she doesn't react at all to his/her dissapearance. That doesn't make much sense.

She was still love struck fanaticizing about her new life with her true love so she didnt notice. ;p
