Commission for VasaiNoro Neo had sent Team RWBY a tape showing her having her way with Ruby. Furious at what the criminal was doing to her sister, Yang searched Atlas in a fury. She tore through and beat down anything and anyone who got in her way. She eventually was confronted by Neo herself. She taunted Yang by unveiling her corruption of Ruby and Cinder, the young Huntress attempted to get her sister to see reason as they all fought, but to no avail. Once the fiery blonde bombshell had be defeated, Neo showed her how she corrupted Ruby. Afterwards, Yang became more than happy to serve her new Mistress in her budding new empire.

I get this question a lot. The reason she (and Ruby) has a darker skin tone is because I picture her as biracial (Her dad being Chinese and her mom being Caucasian due to their names)

Except mixing those races doesn't result in darker skin (both races are light-skinned, with the differences mainly manifesting in the facial structure and body proportions). Plus, the fact remains that they are both canonically pale (the darkest-skinned family member being Taiyang, and even he's much lighter than what you have here).

True, but I'm going off of American superhero comics where they do this with most, if not all biracial characters that I've seen. Because that's kinda how I want my style to be.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but that may simply be because it's less obvious at a glance when a biracial character doesn't have the darker skin (that is to say, there are plenty of pale-skinned biracials in comics, they just aren't obvious).
Just from a cursory glance at that list, you'll see a range of colours from pale to dark, and the characters that mix Caucasian and Asian features tend to be the former more than the latter.
Then again, RWBY is set on an entirely different planet to us, so our categorisation of race doesn't really apply anyway.

To each their own really. It’s my headcanon and the commissioner didn’t seem to mind so I kept it.

I guess I just can't understand having a headcanon that is contradicted by literally every screenshot of the characters, and isn't even consistent with its own reasoning.

I completely agree with this statement, Like you can have a head cannnon but only if the show or media doesnt litterally tell us or show us this isnt true?

Why do people ship characters who've never met or have barely any screen time together? Or characters who are mortal enemies? Because the fandom does what it wants. Besides there are people who draw Blake with black skin color.
